Vijay Luxmi Oil Expellers are specially designed & manufactured providing robust construction. The performance of the Expellers is most satisfactory & efficiency can complete any foreign Expeller for economic running. It requires minimum space for erection, power consumption is very low and very simple even an unskilled mistry can operate it easily. All kinds of seeds can be crushed such as Groundnut, Linseed, Copra, Mustard, Palm kernels, a Poppy Seed, Rap seeds, Soya beans, Sunflowers/seeds as per details .
- Body:The body, made of heavy duty closed-grained and seasoned casting to ensure `vibration free operations.
- Gear Box: Made from Graded Cast Iron to ensure smooth and safe operations. The steel milling cut gears and additional reduction helical gear set are fitted.

Plate Type Filter Press

Ideal for sheet filter for coarse, polishing and sterilizing filter duties, we offer complete range of Plate Type Filter Press with centre hole that are easy to handle and functional to operate. Available in different sizes, these filter press are provided with various operational devices accessories like pressure gauze, air vent valve,drain valve, drip collection tray, etc. These plate type filter press are widely used for Double Filtration, Retention of Solids, Filtration of still and carbonated liquids and so on.

Neutralizer

VIJAY LUXMI’ Brand Filter Presses are most efficient for collection of Purified liquids (Edible & non Edible Oils, Chemicals, Sugarcane Juice and other filtrates) free from suspended matter and for collection of precipitate.
PLATE & FRAME TYPE FILTER PRESSES
This type of Filter Press consists of 2 Plates and 1 Frame to form one unit. The liquid to be filtered is pumped into the press through the side feed holes in the Frame, passes through the Filter Cloth to Filter Plates and gets out of the Pet-Cock(Taps) fitted at the bottom of the Filter Plate. The Precipitate gets collected in the Frames in large quantity.
VIJAY LUXMI Brand Filter Presses consists of a skeleton of two end supports connected by two Horizontal parallel supporting plates which support to plates and frames.
TIGHTENING ARRANGEMENT
Hand Operated Tightening Arrangement with screw and wheel or Gear & Ratchet System for Tightening (as per need) is provided to tighten the pressure to get maximum filtration capacity and continuous process.
To minimize the moisture in the Cake (precipitate) steam or dry air can be blown in through the pressure vessel fitted with Pressure Gauge fitted at the first feed hole. The working Pressure of all the Filter Presses is 75 pounds whereas all the presses are checked and tested up to the pressure of 100 pounds.

Copra Cutter

These are specially designed from best quality M.S. Steel that provides a robust construction design. The ease in operation and simplicity in handling these machines make them suitable for large number of operations.

These are constructed from best quality M.S. Plate steel which makes them sturdy and perdurable.
Being configured with heavy duty double roller imported bearings, these machines ensure smooth performance and offers maximum out-put.
These machine are fitted with 8 Nos. Beaters specially designed with hardened heads to break the copra into small pieces before feeding.
Specially designed Cavesare built in the machine to ensure that copra does not slip a slide and constantly remains within the striking range of the beaters.
The sharp-edged knives of the screen is designed with precision in order to cut the Copra very easily into finest pieces, shapes and sizes.
The fitting method of the screen is simple and they can be easily replaced when required in case of abrasions.
The Copra Cutter is fitted with V-Belt pulley so that the electric motor can be directly fitted opposite the machine to required R.P.M.

Frame Filter Press

Neutralizer removes free fatty acids from cottonseed oil by adding caustic soda. It is driven by 1 H.P. Motor. Castor oil also can be heated into neutralizer by steam coils inside the neutralizer. Neutralizer is extensively used for the control of more intense odors associated with sewage, large buildings or large volume of garbage dispensed by mega fog, flexi fog or mini vaporizer systems at both commercial, industrial and domestic areas.
